RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If an item is in an unsatisfactory condition (i.e. faulty product and only if the parcel has been received in good condition, within 48 hrs of despatch and refrigerated on receipt), please contact us immediately and we will endeavour to replace the item. If this is not possible we will refund the value.
If you wish to cancel an order once it has been processed please contact us as soon as possible. We will endeavour to postpone an order for another delivery date. However, we are unable to cancel orders on the day of despatch.
